This service call was excellent, however it took 2 tries to get this set up. Our original service call back a few weeks ago- July 20, 2018, the service technician did not show up and did not even have the courtesy to call us. We had to keep calling to find out if he was going to arrive and was assured that he would by your office, but as I said, no phone call and did not show up. By the way, this was the second time that this has happened and i might suggest that your office do some training on how to deal with the customs and the courtesy of at least a phone call. What is the purpose of setting up and appointment time when you do not get the service person to come and that a phone call is never made. We did not feel that TAS was very professional and to inconvenience the customer who have waited around and wasted their day is not very good customer service. Once again this was not the case on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 as that service call was excellent. These comments are dealing with 2 past service call visits when we had to book two service calls to get the service call. I offer these comments for management consideration. Jaffar who came to repair my fridge yesterday (July 16) was friendly and professional. He was in fact 2 days early (I was told by Lastman Bad Boy furniture whom I bought the fridge from that the earliest date someone could come take a look at it was 6 days later !) . So, I was glad he showed up sooner than expected. He very quickly determined it was the fan in my fridge that was broken and took very little time to replace it. He was a sweet , good -natured guy; very rare you find that in someone in the repair industry . Great job!
